We only accept bookings of a min. 2 nights stay in the apartments during the low season and 1 week minimum in August. The minimum stay for whole house bookings is one week. We do not accept bookings in individual apartments for
families with children under the age of 10. There are no age restrictions for whole house bookings.
High season is July to the end of August. Christmas/New Year is from the 24th of December to the 6th of Jan. Easter is the week of Semana Santa in Spain.
Arrivals are after 4.00pm and departure before 10am unless previously arranged.
A deposit of 20% will be required within 7 days from confirmation of booking. The balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment should be via bank transfer in Euros. We do not accept credit cards.
