The price of the accommodation includes bed linen, bath towels, mains water and electricity and gas where applicable. For guests staying for more than a week, a change of bed linen and towels will be provided at the end of each week. Additional bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and additional cleaning can be arranged at an extral cost. We can provide travel cots if required. For the winter months, duvets are provided and heaters and extra blankets will be supplied if needed. The house has a communal laundry room with drying racks, iron, ironing board and washing machine. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas, but is not allowed within the apartments, laundry room or summer salon. It is possible to park at the end of the street to drop off luggage etc., but the street is a no through area for vehicles. Vejer has a number of free public car parks and it is wise to park in these if you wish to avoid a ticket! |

High season is July to the end of August as well as Christmas, New Year , Easter and the Sunshine/Moonshine tour of Montenmedio. Arrivals are after 4.00pm and departure before 10am unless previously arranged. A deposit of 20% will be required within 14 days from confirmation of booking. The balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment should be via bank transfer in Euros.
